DMX Corporation Pty Ltd (DMX Corp) is the parent company of DMX Asset Management Limited (DMXAM), a boutique fund manager specialising in Australian smaller companies.
Founded in 2014, DMXAM has around of $35m in investor funds across two funds: DMX Capital Partners (DMXCP), established in 2015, and the DMX Australian Shares Fund (DMXASF), established in 2021.
DMX Corp is approximately 80%-owned by the Principals of DMXAM, with the balance owned by more than 30 external shareholders.
In addition to owning 100% of DMXAM, DMX Corp has an investment portfolio that includes holdings in each of DMXCP and DMXASF, as well as other marketable securities. Significantly, DMX Corp also owns 100% of Sydney-based artisan chocolatier, Nina’s Chocolates. Nina’s Chocolates was established in 1995 and is renowned for its hand-made Belgian chocolates, made in Sydney and sold through its two retail store-fronts, as well as through a wholesale channel across Australia.
